Absolutely not. We're very beginner-friendly — everyone has a beginning, and we're here to help you get into shape. Our coaches meet you at your level and build from there.

Come in comfortable workout clothes with a water bottle and a good attitude — we'll take care of the rest. You'll be greeted by name, walked through everything, and coached closely the whole way.
No. Our kickboxing classes are bag-based — you're never required to spar a partner. For members who want to go further, we offer a dedicated striking program.
We're a coaching-based community, not a place to figure it out alone. We combine kickboxing, strength, nutrition, and accountability, and we teach you the tools to succeed long term. We don't fish for you — we teach you how to fish.
Most members who follow our nutrition and workout plan see results within the first 4 weeks. Consistency is the single biggest factor.
Yes. Nutrition is one of our core pillars — about 90% of transformation happens in the kitchen, so we'll build a plan around your goals and teach you how to maintain it for life.
We recommend a minimum of 3 days a week, and 5 if you want to speed up results. If weight loss is the goal, we can also build a nutrition-first plan around your schedule — no one should be killing themselves in the gym for results.
